# Delivery

## What it costs

Delivery is **included in the price you see**. The price on the product page is the full amount charged to your card — GST included, delivery included. There is nothing added at checkout.

## How long it takes

**3 to 15 business days** to anywhere in Australia.

That range is the honest one. It is not an average with the slow cases removed — 15 is our supplier's worst realistic case with a buffer added. Most orders arrive sooner.

- Orders are dispatched within **1 business day**.
- You receive tracking by email at dispatch, and again on delivery.
- We ship within Australia only.

## If it is late

If your order has not arrived five business days after the latest date above, email **hello@barrowandbloom.com.au** and we will refund or replace it — your choice. We will not ask you to keep waiting.

## Where it ships from

Stock is held in Australia and sent by Australia Post or a domestic courier.
